Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage and file money transmitter license renewals and regulatory reports, coordinating with Finance, Legal, Database and Compliance to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Manage and file gaming vendor license renewals and submissions, ensuring all documentation is prepared ahead of deadlines and, where applicable, coordinating with Finance, Legal, Database and Compliance to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Maintain NMLS hygiene, timely uploading documents and account information, manage the license tracker, and ensure all information remains accurate and current.
- Track and request bond renewals and increases.
- Maintain the regulatory compliance calendar, anticipating upcoming deadlines and escalating risks or bottlenecks to the Director.
