We are expanding our team and looking for a Benefits Sales Support Specialist (Advanced Conversational English - C1 Required) to support our Sales operations and help elevate client satisfaction.

On-site role available in any of our Solvo locations: Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga, Armenia
Schedule: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM
About the Role
In this position, you will work closely with the Sales team, manage benefit-related requests, analyze data, improve internal processes, and ensure exceptional service delivery to clients. Your work will contribute directly to client loyalty and overall satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage benefit requests for clients
Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate service delivery
Analyze data and prepare reports to optimize internal processes
Collaborate with the Sales team to understand client needs and provide tailored support
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in sales support or customer service roles
Knowledge of benefit management systems
Ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate with various departments
Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and creating reports
Advanced Conversational English (C1) - mandatory
Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities
Proactivity, flexibility, and attention to detail
