The Opportunity:
This is a hands-on drafting role where you will deepen your expertise in cabinetry layouts, residential documentation, and 2020 Design, while contributing directly to projects that move from drawing to installation.

What You'll Do:
- Produce and revise kitchen, bath, cabinetry, and interior drawings that are accurate, clear, and ready for client, vendor, and installer use.
- Translate design intent into layouts, elevations, floor plans, and cabinet plans using 2020 Design and other drafting tools.
- Develop cabinetry details, dimensions,



specifications, and material information so orders and installations are correct the first time.
- Prepare and organize drawing sets and documentation packages for client presentations, vendors, and trades.
- Complete takeoffs, counts, and measurements to support pricing, ordering, and project planning.

What Success Looks Like:
- Within the first 3 months, you can independently produce complete, well-organized drawing sets for typical kitchen and bath projects with mínimal revisions.
- Designers consistently trust your measurements, dimensions, and details because your work is accurate, consistent, and on time.
- Feedback cycles become faster and fewer as you quickly incorporate comments and anticipate common issues before they arise.
- Project files, plans, and documentation are easy for the team to navigate, with clear naming, version control, and up-to-date information.
