About the position:
Due to our explosive growth, Globalization Partner's is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to help qualify leads, create opportunities, and be an integral part of our revenue team. You will be responsible to lead and oversee diverse aspects of the Business Development Strategy around acquiring New Customers for Globalization Partners. Manage day to day activities of the BDR team including live coaching and mentoring, reviewing lead volume, queues and disposition, call statistics, conversions, and pipeline build.
