The Role:
The Quality Assurance (QA) ensures the success, performance, and retention of deployed Virtual Assistants by proactively monitoring quality, addressing issues early, and safeguarding client satisfaction while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor standards, ethical work practices, and company policies.

This role serves as the bridge between VA, client, and operations, preventing escalations, attrition, and quality failures.

Key Responsibilities:
VA Success & Retention
- Act as primary support contact for assigned VAs
- Conduct regular VA check-ins and engagement reviews
- Identify burnout, performance risks, or disengagement early

Quality Assurance (QA)




- Perform scheduled and random QA audits
- Review task outputs, communication, and compliance
- Score VA performance using approved QA rubrics

Client Satisfaction & Issue Resolution
- Address client feedback and concerns
- Coordinate corrective actions with VA and Operations
- Prevent escalations and contract risks
- Flag potential labor, overtime, or misclassification risks
- Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails

Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Submit weekly VA health and QA reports
- Recommend training, coaching, or reassignment actions

Requirements:
- Must be actively seeking full-time work (no other job commitments)
- Willing to work from 8 AM - 5 PM MountainTime

- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
