Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design compelling visual materials for digital and print platforms, including marketing collateral, website graphics, social media content, presentations, and more.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate ideas and strategies into impactful visual designs that resonate with our target audience.
- Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and creative direction to ensure consistent brand representation.
- Develop and maintain the visual style guide, ensuring design consistency across all touchpoints.
- Generate innovative design solutions that enhance user experience, engagement, and brand perception.




- Execute projects from concept to final production, balancing creativity with a strong understanding of business goals and market trends.
- Stay up to date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously elevate our design standards.
- Work cross-functionally with teams to gather insights, understand design requirements, and deliver results that exceed expectations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your diverse design expertise.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with a strong grasp of design principles, layout, and typography.
- Experience in creating visual assets for both digital and print media, including web graphics, banners, social media visuals, presentations, and brochur
