Role Overview

The Sales & Operations Associate plays a dual role in driving sales growth while ensuring smooth operational execution. This individual will support customer acquisition and retention, manage order processing,



and collaborate across departments to ensure efficient distribution and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Support
- Assist with outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong B2B customer relationships
- Maintain CRM records (customer interactions, sales activity and order status)
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
- Prepare quotes and product information for customers
- Coordinate product sample shipments

Operations & Order Management
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and freight service providers
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with suppliers and freight service providers to ensure timely fulfil
