Job Summary

Responsible for creating (designing), adapting, and delivering engaging digital content(videos, key visuals, graphic pieces) following digital industry standards and best practices, as well as Colgate policies. The analyst must be enthusiastic about AI and use it in their creative processes. This role will work with a variety of stakeholders and teams: Digital Creation,



eCommerce, Marketing, Agencies, Customer Development, and GIT teams, supporting multiple brands across all Colgate-Palmolive categories.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Adapt and create key visuals, multimedia and other digital assets for Colgate, working with company teams and digital partner agencies across Latinoamerica.
- Follow best practices and brand guidelines in all creative developments.
- Deliver projects on time and report production hours accordingly.
- Guarantee the quality of all assets, compliance with corporate guidelines and technical standards, usability and monitoring of the industry.
- Ensure Usage Rights of all digital assets published follow agency controls.
- Proficiently uses AI tools to streamline the creative process, from ideation to final optimization.
- Communicate to local teams and division teams new assets are properly set to go-live
