Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Personal and Social Media Assistant to handle a mix of administrative, lifestyle, and digital tasks, including supporting social media management and online networking (with a focus on building connections). This remote-friendly role is based in Bogotá, Colombia, and is ideal for a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional with strong organizational skills and experience in digital tools. You'll assist with daily coordination, social platforms, and personal errands to streamline life and enhance online presence. This is a full-time opportunity (40 hours/week) with versátil hours, offering a salary of $800-1500/month (approximately 2,860,000 - 5,460,000 COP) depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and dating apps: Create, schedule, and post content to boost visibility, engage with audiences, and support networking goals, including lifestyle showcases and connection-building.
- Organize personal connections and interactions:



Track contacts from social and dating platforms, schedule follow-ups or meets, and integrate into calendars for efficient management.
- Monitor and optimize online presence: Analyze engagement metrics (e.g., likes, matches, responses) using tools like Hootsuite or app analytics, provide reports, and suggest improvements for better outreach and connections.
- Handle daily logistics: Book WeWork private offices or co-working spaces, arrange airport pickups/transfers, coordinate laundry/dry cleaning services, and schedule personal errands.
- Set up personal development and health appointments: Organize Spanish language lessons, book medical check-ups or appointments, and arrange personal training sessions at gyms (e.g., weights in the morning, cardio in the evening).
