The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Marketplace Manager to oversee both:
- Supply side (traffic providers / affiliates)
- Demand side (buyers / advertisers)

This role is critical to maintaining quality, compliance, and operational efficiency across all verticals. You will manage onboarding, QA coordination, performance monitoring, dispute handling, contract compliance, and scaling decisions.





This is a high-responsibility position with direct impact on revenue stability, fraud prevention, and marketplace growth.

What You’ll DoVendor / Affiliate Management
- Screen and manually approve new traffic providers
- Manage sample traffic phases before scaling
- Validate traffic sources and enforce compliance standards
- Monitor call quality, duration thresholds (90s / 120s), and intent validation
- Enforce exclusive call policies and dispute windows (72 hours)
- Detect anomalies (repeated numbers, suspicious patterns, fraud signals)
- Coordinate contract execution before volume scaling
- Maintain structured documentation and provider scorecards

Buyer Management
- Coordinate routing logic and vertical allocation
- Monitor buyer feedback and quality acceptance rates
- Handle call disputes between buyers and suppliers
- Track delivery caps and daily volume limits per provider
- Ensure commercial-hour routing performance
