About the Role
We are a growing U.S.based litigation law firm seeking a Business Analyst / Data Operations Analyst to own data integrity, KPI reporting, and dashboard visibility across our case management systems.
This is not just a reporting role.
You will be responsible for improving data governance inside Filevine and Lead Docket, ensuring accurate case stage tracking, time-in-stage reporting, and leadership-level dashboard visibility.
If you’ve worked in CRM systems, legal case management platforms, or operational data environments where messy inputs break reporting — this role is built for you.
What You’ll OwnData Governance & System Optimization
- Audit and improve data quality in Filevine and Lead Docket:
- Standardize required fields and eliminate redundancy
- Create and enforce data entry SOPs
- Ensure clean, timely, and accurate case stage tracking
KPI Reporting & Dashboard Development
- Build operational dashboards (Domo or similar BI tools)
- Track case lifecycle metrics (time in stage, active case volume, bottlenecks)
- Support leadership with on-demand reporting
- Transition manual KPI tracking into automated dashboards
Cross-System Integration (Future Scope)
- Collaborate on potential integrations with accounting (Saluno) and HR systems (Paycom)
- Maintain proper user permissions and data security standards

Required Experience
- 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Legal Operations Analyst, or CRM Analyst:
- Experience working in Filevine, Lead Docket, Clio, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM/case management systems:
