About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural design and analysis using software tools such as Revit.
- Model building foundation and design structural elements.
- Prepare structural drawings, technical reports, and documentation.
- Review submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain clear records of all design calculations and work products.
- Communicate effectively with teammates, clients, and management to ensure project success.
- Support project planning and contribute to internal operations, including timesheets and compliance with safety standards.

Requirements:




- Bachelor of Science degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant coursework in structural analysis and design.
- Coursework in concrete, steel, wood and masonry design
- 1-2 years of experience on mid to high-rise building projects
- Must reside in Barranquila or Bogotá.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Revit (required); familiarity with additional structural analysis software is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
