The Human Resources Manager will be responsible in the region for the management of, External HR service providers in Brazil, Paraguay, and Colombia.
- Organizational design.
- Talent Management (Acquisition & Retention).
- Performance management, compensation, and benefits.
- Development and training.
- Change management and communication.
- Employment law compliance.
- Develop and integrate the required infrastructure to manage HR activities in the organization region in close cooperation with HQs based in Cincinnati, USA.
- Review and make recommendations to executive management for improvement of the company’s policies, procedures, strategies, and practices on personnel matters.
- Create, evaluate, and implement various company policies and processes to ensure we are consistent across the region and the division.
- Assist executive management in the annual planning and performance review process, preparation and administration of company’s wage, salary, and benefits programs. Support budgeting process.




- Act as a facilitator of change and a catalyst for improved organizational performance by assisting teams to resolve conflicts, remove bureaucracy, streamline communications, and provide feedback/coaching to executive team.
- Partner with Leadership Team to understand the business status, challenges, and support KPI targets.
- Monitor and ensure that the operations are compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices.
- Provide core customer service and administrative support to the leadership team and employees with human resources questions.
- Process and track job requisitions including entering requisitions into the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Ensure job descriptions are current, compliant, and maintained.
- Manage and lead the recruitment and staffing of the operation.
- Facilitate job offers and coordinate the distribution of new hire packages.
- Manage apprenticeship programs and job vacancies.
