You're the person who keeps projects moving. You'll support U.S.based operations by handling customer updates, scheduling, documentation, and system management. This role demands extreme ownership, fluent English, strong attention to detail, and comfort with switching priorities quickly.

Key Responsibilities
- Call customers/clients with updates, scheduling, and next steps




- Send daily project updates (and proactively chase information if it's missing)
- Manage tasks inside company systems (training provided)
- Support multiple active projects at once, prioritize, follow through, and close loops
- Participate in an after-hours rotation to enter emergency jobs into the system when needed

Qualifications
- Fluent, clearly spoken English (strong phone confidence)
- Customer service and/or call center experience preferred
- Strong computer skills (Word/Excel basics; comfortable learning new software)
- Extreme ownership: you don't stop at "I didn't get the info", you escalate to get what you need
- Multitasking + critical thinking + close attention to detail
- Comfort with productivity expectations and activity monitoring is common in remote roles

Schedule & Compensation
- Employment Type: Independent Contractor (paid hourly via Upwork platform).
- Pay: $8 to $10
