What will your day-to-day be like?

- Actively source IT talent through different channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, internal databases, and networking), aligned with ongoing and upcoming project needs.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including CV review, pre-screening calls, technical and cultural-fit interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
- Develop a solid understanding of the IT, data, and digital market, including key roles, skills, seniority levels, and technology trends relevant to consulting environments.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis related to hiring conditions, compensation ranges, benefits, contract models, and talent availability to support informed recruitment decisions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, role expectat
