About the Role:
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate strategic sessions and working workshops with stakeholders and client peers to align on goals, needs, and direction
- Design intuitive, visually compelling, and scalable UI/UX solutions grounded in best practices and user/business insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure consistency and preserve design intent through delivery
- Make confident, strategic design decisions and clearly communicate rationale, tradeoffs, and recommendations across teams and contexts
- Other duties as assigned
About You:
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in Product Design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating consumer-oriented product and app design
- Proficiency with modern design tools, including Figma:
- Strong UI and UX skills, including ability to translate insights and data into effective user experiences
- Experience operating independently with mínimal oversight while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment
- Exceptional communication skills, including experience in client-facing roles and working directly with decision-makers
- Strategic mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity, asking the right questions, and uncovering underlying needs
- Experience working in high-tech environments and within the complexities of large organizations
