En este rol, serás responsable de garantizar una experiencia de servicio excepcional y de alta fidelidad administrando casos en Salesforce Service Cloud, analizando disputas comerciales, brindando soporte técnico en sistemas internos y promoviendo la adopción tecnológica en los clientes. Formarás parte de un equipo ágil, colaborativo y enfocado en la resolución ágil de incidencias y la excelencia operativa en toda la región.
What You’ll Do
Gestionar y resolver las solicitudes de los clientes, administrando de manera eficiente los casos e incidencias en la plataforma CRM Salesforce Service Cloud, ejecutando el análisis de disputas comerciales y entrenando a los usuarios de forma remota para impulsar la adopción de nuevas tecnologías.
Colaborar para la excelencia en el servicio, coordinando de manera continua con las áreas de Operaciones, Transporte, Facturación, Cobranzas, Gerencia
