The General Services Finance organization provides best-in-class, cost-effective financial services, and compliance—in a J&J; way—to our Operating Companies around the world.I2C DS Collection & Dispute Mgmt Analyst -is responsible forend‑to‑endownership of customer collections and dispute management activities within theInvoice‑to‑Cash(I2C) process, supporting Johnson &J; Global Services Finance. This role supportshigh‑risk,high‑valuecustomer portfolios and ensurestimelycash collection,accuratedispute resolution, and compliance with internal controls and service level commitments.Key Responsibilities:Collections & Accounts Receivable ManagementManage customer collections and open receivables through proactivefollow‑ups, customer engagement, negotiation, and dispute resolution techniquesDrive desired customer payment behavior to maximize cash flow and improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)Monitor collection performance and KPIs against Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Perform AR forecasting, trend analysis, and root cause analysis on payment behaviorManage Sales Order Releasing activities within defined authority limitsDispute ManagementOwn end-to-end dispute management for assigned key accounts, from investigation and root cause analysis to resolution and financial adjustments.Serve as a Senior Dispute Analyst Subject Matter Expert (SME) for complex,high‑value, orhigh‑riskdisputes.Manage non-disputed credit transactions and revenue reconciliation activities.Provide guidance and escalation support for complex customer and internal issues toexpediteresolution.Participate in or support customer negotiations to resolve disputes and improve payment outcomes.Identifyand execute process improvement opportunities,utilizetechnology tools, and support audit readiness and audit requests.Collaboration & Stakeholder EngagementPartner closely with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, Deliver Revenue, and Finance teams.Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders on collection, dispute, and revenue‑relatedmatters.Support management withad‑hocanalysis, reporting, and special projects asrequired.Qualifications:Education:A minimum of a bachelor’s level degree or equivalent isrequired, preferably in accounting, finance, or related business discipline.CPA,



CMA,MBAand/or other financial certifications is preferredExperience and Skills Required:2-4 years of relevant work experienceHas an End-to-end Invoice to Cash process experience (Cash Applications, Credit Management, Collections/Dispute Management), with extensiveexpertisein the latter (Collections/Dispute Management) and preferably in the same Industry as J&J; – Healthcare/Pharma – Preferred.Strong customer engagement skills (includingabilityto manage difficult customers) for both internal and external stakeholders.Basic Negotiation skillsAnalytical and problem solverRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Fluent in English for communication, for both oral and writtenTechnologyproficiencyin Microsoft Office and ERPExcellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.Teamwork spirit and can work under pressurePreferred Knowledge,Skillsand Abilities:Knowledge of SAP systemsForeign language capability is a plusJohnson & Johnson is an AffiJohnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
