Seasonal Recruiter – High-Volume BPOPosition OverviewWe are looking for a Seasonal Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and support high-volume hiring needs within a fast-paced BPO environment. This role will be responsible for attracting, screening, and guiding candidates through the recruitment process while ensuring hiring targets are met within established timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesManage high-volume recruitment processes for multiple positions and hiring campaigns.Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, recruitment events, and other channels.Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit.Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates to support business hiring demands.Coordinate interviews, assessments, background checks, and other pre-employment requirements.Provide candidates with clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.Partner closely with Operations and HR to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.Track recruitment activity, conversion rates, and hiring progress using recruitment trackers and ATS tools.Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets, including application, interview,



and hiring goals.Ensure all recruitment activities follow company policies and employment guidelines.Support recruitment events, hiring fairs, and other seasonal hiring initiatives as needed.QualificationsPrevious experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably within a BPO, call center, or customer service environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, or similar tools.Flexibility to support changing business needs during peak hiring periods.Preferred QualificationsExperience recruiting for large-scale BPO or contact center operations.Experience with seasonal or mass hiring campaigns.Familiarity with recruitment metrics and funnel management.Bilingual skills are a plus.Success in This RoleThe idóneo candidate is highly organized, proactive, resilient, and comfortable working in a high-volume environment.
