Venture49's Logistics Division is hiring Outbound Recruiting Agents to call warm leads and recruit professional CDL truck drivers for U.S. carriers. We give you the leads, the dialer, the scripts, and the training. You bring the energy.

Here's the part that matters: every driver you place pays you, and the more you place in a month, the more each one is worth, climbing from $50 a hire up to $400 a hire. A strong month of 15 hires pays $3,000 in commission. Hit your numbers in your first 30 days and you lock in a $1,000/month USD base on top of your commission from then on.

To be upfront: the first 30 days are a commission-only trial with no base pay. It is your chance to prove what you can do, and our best agents do it fast.

What your day looks like

You'll call warm driver leads on our dialer platform. These are people who already raised their hand, so no cold, random lists. You qualify each driver, answer their questions, and walk them through their application. You'll work the hours when drivers actually pick up (11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM local time across U.S. time zones), keep a strong, steady calling pace, and follow up with every lead through a two-week cadence,



because most hires come from the third, fourth, or fifth touch. You'll also keep your notes and lead status clean in the dialer so nothing falls through the cracks.

What you bring

Strong spoken English is a must, since you'll be on the phone with U.S. drivers all day. You're genuinely comfortable dialing at volume and you don't shy away from the phone. Any background in cold calling, call centers, or outbound sales is a plus, but hunger counts just as much. You'll need a reliable computer, a headset, stable internet, and a quiet space to work, plus availability for the U.S. call blocks above, Monday to Friday. You should be comfortable with performance-based pay during the first month and able to receive USD through Zelle, Wise, Binance, or similar. Open to candidates anywhere in Latin America.

Nice to have

Experience in a BPO or high-volume dialer environment, a background in recruiting, appointment setting, telesales, or collections, and any exposure to trucking or logistics (if not, we'll train you). If you've got a track record you're proud of, quotas hit or records broken, we want to hear about it.
