Job Title: Project Manager with RACI

Employment Type: Remote Role (Bogotá, Colombia)

Location: Long Term Contracting Role

Looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager to manage and coordinate technical project activities from planning through execution, go-live, and hypercare.

RACI / Key Responsibilities

Planning & Execution: Lead project planning, execution, delivery, timelines, and dependencies.

Access Management: Coordinate access across ALM, ProcessX, SPM, ServiceNow, and other systems.

Technical Requirements: Coordinate definition of non-functional/technical requirements.

Solution Architecture: Work with architecture teams across **integration, data, applications, infrastructure, and security.

Data Migration: Coordinate migration strategy, data mapping, cleansing, and mock loads.

Risk & Issues: Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.

Development: Coordinate sprint planning and development activities.

Technical Documentation:



Ensure required technical documentation is completed.

Testing: Coordinate testing strategy, testing phases, UAT preparation, execution, and defect resolution.

Cutover & Go-Live: Lead cutover planning/execution and ensure technical readiness for go-live.

Transition & Hypercare: Coordinate knowledge transfer, transition to support, and hypercare planning.

Key Requirements

8-10+ years of experience in Technical/IT Project Management.

Experience managing complex technology implementation or transformation projects.

Strong understanding of technical delivery, data migration, testing, integrations, and go-live activities.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively with technical, development, QA, business, architecture, and support teams.
