We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Medellín.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, with strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple recruiting activities while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and an excellent candidate experience.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage the full job posting lifecycle, including creating, publishing, updating, and closing requisitions.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and recruiting logistics.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and pipelines within the ATS.
- Audit ATS information to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and distribute offer letters using approved templates.
- Track offer acceptance and support pre-boarding activities.
- Prepare weekly recruiting reports and monitor hiring activity.
- Support recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update job descriptions and recruiting documentation.




- Assist with SOP development and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling candidate and HR information.

✅ REQUIREMENTS

- 2 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or recruitment coordination is highly preferred.
- Experience coordinating interviews and candidate processes.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus.
- Knowledge of HR processes and employment compliance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced English – C1 required.
- Availability to work fully on-site in Medellín.
