About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic, resilient, and results-driven professional to join GlobalTeam as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).

In this role, you will generate new business opportunities through cold calling, inbound lead follow-up, email outreach, and prospecting activities. You will identify and engage decision-makers, qualify potential corporate clients, and schedule discovery calls for the sales team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by achieving targets and earning commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound cold calls to generate new business opportunities
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and qualify potential corporate clients
- Identify and engage decision-makers within target companies
- Schedule meetings and discovery calls for the sales team




- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects
- Manage and update CRM records accurately
- Qualify prospects based on their business needs and hiring potential
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and activity targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
- Track outreach performance, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics

Required Skills and Experience:

- Minimum of one year of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Appointment Setting, or B2B Sales
- Previous experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Advanced English proficiency (C1), both written and verbal
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence handling both outbound and inbound calls
- Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
- Goal-oriented mindset and a strong desire to meet and exceed targets
- Experience using CRM systems

Bonus Points for:

- Experience working with U.S.-based clients
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, RecruitCRM, or similar tools
- Previous experience working in a remote sales environment
- Experience selling staffing, recruitment, or professional services
