Responsibilities

- Support operations by providing real-time data analysis and insights to guide decision-making.
- Create and maintain shift schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation and coverage.
- Monitor and analyze real-time performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement strategies for efficient shift management.
- Generate and interpret reports to track key performance indicators and identify trends.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in real-time analytics and shift planning.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on data analysis techniques and tools.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust data validation processes.




- Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a real-time analytics or operations role, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to derive actionable insights.
- Excellent knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques to present complex data effectively.
- Familiarity with shift planning and resource management practices is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using analytical software and tools, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms.
