Are you an experienced Finance & Accounting leader with a passion for operational excellence, stakeholder management, and team development? We are looking for a Manager Operations to lead and oversee Finance & Accounting operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall Finance & Accounting (F&A;) operations and ensure effective day-to-day service delivery.
- Manage and oversee General Accounting, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Handle client communications, escalations, and issue resolution.
- Develop, monitor, and report operational metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Drive quality initiatives and continuous improvement programs to enhance process performance.
- Conduct quality audits and prepare periodic client reporting.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve controls, productivity, and operational effectiveness.
- Monitor team productivity, SLA adherence, and quality performance metrics.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and operational reviews.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.
- Support team development through training and process knowledge enhancement.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Finance & Accounting processes and systems.




- Excellent understanding of General Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service mindset and quality orientation.
- Exceptional leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and operational management capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant Finance & Accounting experience.
- Previous experience managing teams within a BPO or Shared Services environment.
- Proven people management and team leadership experience.
- Advanced English communication skills (B2+/C1 preferred).
