Description:

The Control Tower Specialist is responsible for coordinating and managing service requests from customers. The role involves close collaboration with vendors, LSPs (Logistics Service Providers), suppliers, to ensure customer service requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage the movement of goods from suppliers to customers.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and logistics service providers to ensure shipments are delivered on time and according to customer specifications.
- Track shipments and manage inventory levels.
- Execute load planning and optimization strategies.
- Resolve and escalate issues during the shipping process, including delays, damages, and lost shipments.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Ensure the attainment of applicable key performance factors.
- Ensure accurate data capture and system entry.




- Provide remote and on-site support to teams, including customer service, material planning, logistics, and supply chain departments.
- Utilize quality processes to resolve customer service and vendor issues.
- Assist with new account start-ups.
- Proactively anticipate and resolve potential customer service, partner, vendor, and internal team issues.
- Perform project work and other duties as required.

Requirements:

- 1+ year of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain.
- Experience in 4PL / Control Tower environments is preferred.
- Intermediate/Advanced English.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment.
