Analista de seguros

What will your functions be?

Recibir y revisar soportes para asegurar las cargas y/o contenedores Emitir certificados de pólizas provisionales para que las cargas no queden sin amparo

Contactar a los clientes para dar asesoría de los rubros a asegurar y aclarar dudas de amparos de las pólizas

Revisión del estado de las fechas de salida de las cargas a asegurar y hacer seguimiento de estas en los sistemas de la empresa

Diligenciar formato de solicitud de póliza basado en la información que el cliente envíe y los soportes de la carga (como facturas de la carga, documentos de transporte)

Enviar al cliente el formato diligenciado para aprobación de los rubros a asegurar

Emitir certificados de pólizas finales solicitar actualización de cobro de netas y primas en la OV o Booking crear OP o Shipment

Pasar a facturar los valores finales

Subir soportes de la póliza junto con la factura de cobro de prima, en el sistema de la empresa y envío de estos soportes al cliente por medio de correo o estatus

Hacer traslados de costos y de primas si es necesario a las OP o Shipment





Velar para que se cobrar al cliente lo correcto y que se cobre al área comercial la neta correcta para que la OP o Shipment no quede extraída
