Role Description

This position supports a regional project spanning multiple Latin American countries, requiring close collaboration with local service providers and finance stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and alignment with corporate financial objectives. The role also involves coordinating with local vendors, monitoring deliverables, supporting budget planning and budget control activities, reviewing financial reports and statements, analyzing financial performance and variances, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, the position will support the implementation of standardized financial processes, reporting controls, and performance monitoring frameworks across the region to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery of financial information.

Qualifications





- Strong skills in Financial Planning and Finance
- Proven experience in reviewing and analyzing Financial Statements
- Excellent Analytical Skills for identifying trends and insights
- Proficiency in Financial Reporting and budget monitoring
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency in using financial software tools and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience in regional financial roles or multinational organizations is advantageous
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required
- Desired experience working with financial operations across Latin America and/or other international markets.
- Proven experience managing and coordinating outsourced financial service providers in Colombia or across Latin America.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multicultural and geographically dispersed teams.
