Qualifications
- High school diploma required; some college education preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration or a related role
- Knowledge of employee benefits and medical insurance
- Experience in U.S. benefits administration within Vensure or another Professional Employer Organization (PEO) highly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Life and Health Insurance License is an advantage

Responsibilities
- Support the management of client accounts and renewals
- Assist in developing, marketing, and administering employee benefit plans
- Obtain, compare, and analyze benefit plan quotes
- Coordinate and prepare materials for employee enrollment meetings
- Review contracts, prepare documents, and maintain accurate CRM records
- Assist in preparing documentation for client benefit websites
- Attend vendor seminars and stay informed about industry developments
- Resolve client benefit service issues involving billing, eligibility, claims, and related concerns
- Serve as the liaison between clients and vendors
- Ensure the completion of renewal checklists and requirements
- Prepare and submit employee benefit applications
- Perform other duties as assigned
