Innovate AI SAS is looking for an experienced Carrier Sales Representative to join our team in Bucaramanga, Santander.

This is an on-site, full-time position for a results-driven professional with experience in Carrier Sales, Freight Brokerage, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Advanced/Fluent English — mandatory
- Experience working with carriers and negotiating rates
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Commercial and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work on-site in Bucaramanga

Compensation & Benefits
- $4,000,000 COP base salary
- Uncapped commissions starting from the 3rd month
