Are you an experienced Finance & Accounting leader with a passion for operational excellence, stakeholder management, and team development? We are looking for a Manager Operations to lead and oversee Finance & Accounting operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead overall Finance & Accounting (F&A;) operations and ensure effective day-to-day service delivery.
Manage and oversee General Accounting, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Handle client communications, escalations, and issue resolution.
Develop, monitor, and report operational metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Drive quality initiatives and continuous improvement programs to enhance process performance.
Conduct quality audits and prepare periodic client reporting.
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve controls, productivity, and operational effectiveness.
Monitor team productivity, SLA adherence, and quality performance metrics.
Prepare management reports, dashboards, and operational reviews.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.
Support team development through training and process knowledge enhancement.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Finance & Accounting processes and systems.
Excellent understanding of General Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
