Role: Business Experimentation Services Consultant

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: Long Term

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Location: 100% Remote - Candidates can work from anywhere in Columbia
MC (L6)

Manages clients across various industries and advises on complex analyses. Owns the relationship with the client contract owner and leads discussions with C-Suite stakeholders.
- Structures analysis, understands client business, and develops findings with high-quality, transparent, creative work.
- Crafts client deliverables and storylines, communicating fluently.
- Plans, prioritizes, delegates, coordinates, and identifies team opportunities.
- Builds rapport, identifies needs, assesses risks, and manages strategic relationships.
- Identifies opportunities, co-leads contracting, manages profitability, and drives institutionalization.
- Leads capability usage, recommends tools, partners with Product Development,



and manages data processes.

C (L8)

Independently supports users, informs/creates meeting agendas, and informs account strategy. Begins to lead day-to-day management across some teams.
- Structures analysis efficiently, understands client business, and delivers error-free, transparent work.
- Crafts client-ready deliverables and presentation sections, communicating credibly.
- Plans, prioritizes, meets deadlines, communicates progress, supports juniors, and leads discussions.
- Builds rapport with stakeholders, tailors approach, and identifies opportunities.
- Identifies value, creates impactful collateral, and stays sensitive to profitability and risk.
- Applies expert technical skills (T&L;, MBA, SQL, Excel), partners with Product Development, and manages data processes.
