Job Title: Oracle HCM Integration Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking an Oracle HCM Integration Developer with hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to design, develop, and support integrations between Oracle HCM and internal/external systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST, and SOAP web services.

Create and support HCM Extracts, BI Publisher/BI Reports, and HCM data integration solutions.

Support Oracle HCM Cloud technical development, including payroll and workforce reporting requirements.

Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions.

Troubleshoot integration issues, perform testing,



and support production environments.

Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.

Required Skills:

Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud technical development.

Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts and BI Reports/BI Publisher.

Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, XML, and data integrations.

Knowledge of Payroll, Core HR, Benefits, or Absence Management modules.

Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred:

Oracle certifications.

Experience with Integral Payroll Reporting.

Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Redwood technologies.
