Position Summary

The Workfront Implementation Project Manager leads end to end agency deployments from discovery through go live. This role requires strong project leadership combined with deep functional and technical knowledge of Workfront to properly sequence configuration, integrations, and dependencies. The Project Manager ensures delivery is on time, within scope, and aligned to foundational governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end project timeline, leading scheduling, cadence, and stage-gate checkpoints from discovery through go-live.
Build and manage detailed project plans based on system configuration order and integration dependencies.
Leverage deep functional and technical knowledge of Workfront to accurately sequence configuration. dependencies and coordinate the backlog with Hypercare & Enhancement pod as well as Foundational Governance pod.
Capture foundational change requests in partnership with the System Architect and route them through formal Change Control. Proactively identify and escalate risks, scope creep, and resource gaps.




Lead structured project cadence including status meetings, design reviews, and stage gates.
Manage backlog and coordinate with Support, Enhancement, and Change Control pods.
Identify and escalate risks, scope changes, and resource gaps early.
Ensure foundational impacts are documented and routed appropriately.
Maintain clear agency communication and level set delivery expectations.
Ensure documentation, deliverables, and approvals are complete before progression to next phase.
Own the full project lifecycle from initial discovery through go-live and transition to support, driving the overarching schedule and stage-gate checkpoints.
