About the role:
We’re not looking for someone who will simply manage accounts and focus on retention. We’re looking for a leader who can take full ownership of our Account Management department.

Our Account Management team takes over once a Team Member is officially hired by one of our U.S. partners. From that moment, the department owns the entire post-hire experience, making sure clients feel supported, team members feel guided, and potential problems are addressed before they grow.

As our Lead Account Manager, you will:
Lead, coach, and support the Account Management team.




Oversee client and team member onboarding, follow-ups, and performance concerns.
Manage escalations and navigate difficult conversations.
Identify retention risks early and create clear action plans.
Track KPIs and keep the team focused and accountable.
Improve processes and bring more structure to the department.
Coordinate with Recruitment and other internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
Help the department become more proactive, organized, and ready to scale.

We’d love to meet someone with:
Experience in Account Management, Client Success, Operations, HR, or a similar area.
Previous experience leading or coordinating a team.
Professional fluency in English C1+ and Spanish.
Strong ownership, organization, follow-up, and attention to detail.
Experience working with U.S. clients, remote teams, or marketing agencies is a plus.
