Job Title: QA Analyst – Manual Testing / UAT

Job Summary:

We are looking for a QA Analyst with strong experience in manual testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to support testing of a web-based application and third-party integrations. The adecuado candidate will be responsible for developing and executing test cases, validating business requirements, preparing test data, identifying defects, and supporting successful releases.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, exploratory, and UAT testing.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios.
- Create and validate test data, including positive and negative test scenarios.
- Coordinate with business users and stakeholders during UAT activities.
- Validate web application functionality against business and end-user requirements.
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects through resolution.
- Perform API/integration testing and validate system workflows.
- Document test results, issues,



risks, and release readiness.
- Contribute to QA processes, standards, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and other QA team members in an Agile environment.

Required Skills:
- 7–10 years of software QA/testing experience.
- Strong hands-on Manual Testing experience.
- Strong UAT, Functional, Regression, and Integration Testing experience.
- Experience creating test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data.
- Experience testing web-based applications and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of API testing and REST APIs.
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Strong requirements analysis and documentation skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
