Job Title: Python Azure Integration Developer

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Python Azure Integration Developer to join a team responsible for building and modernizing near real-time integration services that connect restaurant, enterprise, and business systems.

The team is currently modernizing an existing MuleSoft integration ecosystem to Microsoft Azure, using Python Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), API Management, Service Bus, Key Vault, and SQL Server.

In this role, you will design and develop Python-based integration services, build REST APIs, process event-driven messages, and help migrate existing MuleSoft integrations to the Azure platform. You will work closely with database, cloud platform, and project teams to deliver reliable integrations and support production cutovers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based Azure Functions and RESTful APIs.
- Develop event-driven integrations using Azure Service Bus and other Azure services.




- Extend existing integration services by developing new APIs, database tables, business logic, and ID-allocation capabilities.
- Work with SQL Server and integrate relational databases with Python applications.
- Implement application configuration and secrets management using Azure Key Vault.
- Analyze existing MuleSoft integrations to understand data mappings, lookup tables, business rules, scheduling, and integration flows.
- Rebuild or migrate MuleSoft integrations onto the Azure platform while maintaining existing downstream functionality.
- Develop unit and integration tests and maintain high-quality, reliable code.
- Maintain technical documentation and create operational runbooks for new services.
- Deploy and operate new services alongside legacy integrations during migration and cutover activities.
- Support production go-lives, troubleshoot integration issues, and help retire legacy integrations.
