About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) to manage, secure, and optimize Oracle database environments that support critical healthcare operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, security, and performance of production database environments while supporting business-critical applications and maintaining compliance with organizational and industry standards.
The adecuado candidate is a hands-on Oracle DBA with strong experience in database administration, performance tuning, backup and recovery, troubleshooting, and production support.





Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, administer, and maintain Oracle database environments.
Monitor database performance and implement tuning strategies to improve efficiency and reliability.
Manage database backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
Administer Oracle RMAN backups and support recovery operations.
Support Oracle Data Guard and high-availability environments.
Perform database patching, upgrades, migrations, and related maintenance activities.
Monitor database health, storage utilization, and capacity requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve database incidents, performance issues, and availability problems.
Manage database security, user access, permissions, and data integrity.
Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and development teams to support enterprise systems.
Participate in production support and on-call activities as required.
