The Role:
We’re seeking a Case Coordinator to coordinate and execute case coverage activities while building strong relationships with vendors and ensuring assignments are completed accurately and on time.
You’ll play a key role in assigning cases, coordinating with vendors, monitoring case queues, resolving issues, and providing responsive support to both customers and vendors. The idóneo candidate is organized, proactive, persuasive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote.
Environment:



Colombian and International Teams.
Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).
Timezone: Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST.
Salary: $3.600.000 COP
Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract.

Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment with sales and/or customer service experience, as well as experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
Case Coverage & Vendor Coordination:
Assign cases for coverage by contacting vendors through appropriate communication methods.
Make phone calls, send emails and text messages to new and existing vendors and others as needed.
Generate, research, and qualify new vendors for coverage.
Develop and maintain a database of vendors for case assignments.
Persuade and negotiate with vendors as needed for assignment coverage, pricing, and other required items.
