The LATAM Product Management Analyst will support the execution of the regional Product Management agenda through data analysis, pricing support, portfolio administration, and coordination with multiple business functions.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who enjoys working with data, managing multiple priorities, and helping commercial opportunities move forward. The analyst will work closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Customer Service, Regulatory, and Technical teams to ensure that pricing requests, product information, and opportunity-related actions are completed accurately and on time.

Reporting to the Regional Product Management Leader, this position will be based in Colombia and will support markets across Latin America.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Pricing and Commercial Analysis

- Support the preparation and maintenance of product quotations and regional pricing information.
- Update product costs, logistics inputs, margins, and other relevant information in pricing tools.
- Prepare pricing analyses for regular quotations, tenders, and other commercial opportunities.
- Review market, import, pricing, and competitive information to support commercial decisions.
- Monitor pricing, margins, and commercial activity, identifying exceptions or potential issues.
- Maintain accurate reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.

Commercial Opportunity Support

- Partner with Sales to follow up on priority opportunities and identify the actions required to move them forward.
- Coordinate information related to pricing, product availability, samples, documentation, lead times, minimum order quantities,



and sourcing requirements.
- Track open actions and ensure commitments are completed with the required urgency.
- Communicate with commercial teams to understand barriers affecting opportunities, orders, or customer requirements.
- Escalate recurring issues or risks to the Regional Product Management Leader.

Product and Portfolio Administration

- Support new product setup, product changes, discontinuations, and other portfolio-related activities.
- Coordinate the information required from Commercial, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Technical, and other relevant teams.
- Maintain accurate product, pricing, and commercial information across internal systems.
- Support portfolio reviews through data preparation, reporting, and follow-up.
- Assist with product coding and master-data activities in collaboration with the relevant functions.

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Coordinate day-to-day Product Management activities across multiple departments and LATAM markets.
- Translate Product Management decisions into clear actions and follow them through completion.
- Maintain visibility into pending activities, priorities, and deadlines.
- Help resolve product-level issues affecting customers, commercial opportunities, or orders.

Education and Experience





- Bachelor’s degree or technical qualification in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, International Business, Economics, Finance, or another related field.
- Two to three years of relevant experience, including internships, in pricing, commercial analysis, sales operations, commercial back office, business analysis, Product Management, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or a related function.
- Experience working with B2B products, raw materials, chemicals, ingredients, or industrial products is preferred but not required.
- Exposure to cross-functional or regional environments is desirable.

Skills and Capabilities

- Intermediate Excel skills, including confidence working with formulas, databases, and data analysis.
- Experience with Power BI or similar data-visualization tools is preferred.
- Exposure to an ERP system such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is desirable.
- Intermediate English proficiency, with the ability to participate in regional meetings and communicate with international stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow actions through completion.
- Strong sense of urgency and willingness to escalation risks when necessary.
- Commercial awareness and interest in understanding how pricing and product decisions affect sales opportunities.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with different functions.
- Proactive, adaptable, and highly execution-oriented approach.
