Define and prioritize the vertical agenda
Translate business and Talent priorities into a focused roadmap, making clear choices about what the team will build, improve or defer.
Oversee the design and execution of the programs DC needs for sustainable growth
Ensure programs are defined, designed and implemented as agreed with the business and expected.
Integrate the capabilities and employee experience
Ensure performance, development, onboarding, culture and engagement operate as connected capabilities, with clear ownership and effective handoffs.
