Job Title: Junior Events Assistant

Location: Bogotá D.C., Colombia (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, precise, and reliable junior events professional to join our client's team in the events sector. In this role, you will contribute to planning, coordinating, and executing business events, managing communications and logistics, and supporting event-related marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of business events.
- Research and coordinate venues, suppliers, partners, and sponsors.
- Manage communications, invitations, RSVPs, and attendee coordination.
- Support event logistics, setup, budgeting, and post-event reporting.
- Prepare basic marketing and communication materials.

Requirements
- Previous experience (2–4 years) in events, marketing, communications, or similar roles.
- Extremely organized, precise, and reliable.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).




- Ability to work independently and remotely from Colombia.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- Italian language skills strongly appreciated but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with digital tools: email, shared documents, calendars, Excel, project management platforms.

- Monthly compensation: $3.200.000 COP
