Key Responsibilities:
Support Operations and Client Solutions
Advanced Ticket Resolution: Solve complex support tickets efficiently using Zendesk, ensuring client satisfaction.
Configuration Expertise: Configure client Rental Agreements using HTML and CSS to meet specific requirements.
Zendesk Management: Create and maintain macros, triggers,



and automation in Zendesk to enhance workflow efficiency.
Customer-Centric Collaboration
Feedback Loop: Deliver customer insights and feedback to the development team, driving product improvements.
CRM Management: Maintain an organized CRM and execute daily planning to ensure seamless operations.
Goal-Oriented Leadership
Target Achievement: Set and achieve short and long-term goals while maintaining a focus on excellence.
Inspiration and Drive: Lead by example within the support department, proving that even the impossible can be achieved.

Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of experience in IT, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
Goal-Oriented: Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, consistently achieving and exceeding objectives.
Technical Proficiency: Tech-savvy with a passion for software solutions and their impact on business growth.
