The Role:
Regional Risk & Compliance Manager

Summary of the role:
Responsible for leading risk management and compliance activities across the Americas region, including Mark-to-Market (M2M) exposure, supplier and client risk, credit risk, reputational risk, and regulatory compliance. This role serves as the primary regional risk decision-maker, ensuring effective risk monitoring, analysis, reporting, and escalation of material risks while supporting business objectives and maintaining compliance with internal and external requirements.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and validate Mark-to-Market (M2M) exposure reporting and monitor supplier and client exposure risks.
