Working Environment and Location
This position is based in Bogotá D.C. and will require on-site work in a hybrid set up.

Purpose and Scope
Lead the Affiliate Management Team with the overall budget responsibility of the affiliate while ensuring alignment across the organisation and engaging all stakeholders.
Lead the Affiliate Commercial team, including Business Units heads & teams, co-creating the Commercial team capabilities plan to support the maximisation of business opportunity and drive continuous improvement in customer-facing excellence.
Role and Responsibilities
In collaboration with the Business Units, Market Access,



Government Affairs and Commercial Operations areas, work locally and transversally to interpret and implement the International Commercial strategy at Affiliate level.
Responsible for utilising matrix functional resource to meet the operational capability and performance needs within the Affiliate (including Medical & PV, Finance, QA, RA, E&C;, Communications, Legal, Supply Chain and HR).
Manage long-term strategic partnerships, developing sustainable and synergistic external relationships with key players/external experts, acting as ambassador for the Astellas brand, its reputation, products and product value.
Co-create and implement Affiliate level annual plans and brand & centre plans , P&L; derived from INT-C brand plans, annual objectives, medium term plans and other relevant INT-C/Integral functional objectives and plans, considering cross-Affiliate insights and analysis, and applying knowled
