Your Role

As an Architect at Gensler, you need to actively participate in all phases of the design process. Innovative thinking balanced with ability to present real-world technical solutions to new design challenges. You will coordinate with a team of architects and designers to deliver unparalleled architectural projects.

What You Will Do

Assist with the design and delivery of the architectural and/or technical aspects of a project.
Possess knowledge of architectural design principles, technical details, codes, and material characteristics.
Providing project team coordination for the finished plans, specifications, and material selections required for construction.
Preparing and ensuring the accuracy of technical documents
Working with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives.
Produce architectural drawings.
Support communication between the project team,



clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and building and permitting officials.
Other assigned responsibilities.

Your Qualifications

Bachelor of Architecture or foreign equivalent.
Licensed or registered architect.
5 years of project experience in an architectural practice.
100% bilingual English/Spanish, well written with excellent verbal communication skills.
Construction documentation and/or design detail development experience.
Working knowledge of building codes, standards, building construction, and building structures.
Proficiency in REVIT, Sketch Up, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office
Additional software skills in AutoCAD, 3d Max, Illustrator, Rhino, Grasshopper, and Autodesk Certified are a plus.
Strong leadership, communications, and relationship management skills.
Ability to handle difficult situations with tact, grace, and emotional intelligence.
