We're Hiring: Dispatcher – Bilingual (C1 English) | Based in Bogotá

Location: Remote with mandatory in-person training and occasional office work in Bogotá

We’re looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our team supporting a US trucking company. If you’re detail-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have great communication skills in English, we want to hear from you

Shift:

12 hours Shifts

What we're looking for:
- English Level: Advanced (C1)
- US Visa: Highly Preferred
- Experience: Must have at least 2+ years in dispatching (bonus if you've handled tankers)
- Tech Skills: Excel, ERP systems, data entry – Samsara or any other ELD is a plus
- Soft Skills: Organized, proactive,



problem-solver, ability to make quick decisions, and interpersonal skills.
- Location Requirement: Although the position is mainly remote, you must live in Bogota and be open to occasional on-site meetings.
