About The Role

Loansure is building a team of engineers dedicated to agentic and AI-driven workflows — automating and augmenting work across the organization, with an emphasis on our Performance Marketing operations. That team has been operating with a high degree of technical autonomy and has made real progress, but it currently lacks a dedicated product/delivery function: there's no single owner translating business priorities into a prioritized roadmap, no consistent process for scoping and tracking work, and no single point of contact between engineering and the business stakeholders who depend on this work.

We're hiring a Technical Product Manager to close that gap. This is a build-it-from-scratch role: you'll bring structure, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment to a fast-moving, highly technical team, without slowing down the things that are already working. You'll need to be comfortable with ambiguity early on and confident enough to bring order to it.

What You'll Do





Partner with engineering leads and business stakeholders to build and maintain a prioritized roadmap, replacing the team's current ad hoc, project-by-project approach.
Own scoping and definition of work: turn open-ended technical initiatives into clear epics, well-defined stories, and tracked milestones with real end states.
Establish consistent operating norms for the team — sprint planning, backlog grooming, and story pointing.
When needed- act as liaison between engineering and business stakeholders, translating business goals into technical priorities and representing engineering constraints back to the business.
Drive stakeholder engagement and discovery for new initiatives, ensuring new work has clear sponsorship and a defined outcome.
