Web Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a Web Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist who combines strong visual design skills with hands-on technical knowledge and a practical understanding of digital marketing.
This is a web design-first position. The ideal candidate is highly capable of working independently, taking ownership of projects, and turning ideas into polished, functional web experiences.
You should be comfortable working in WordPress and Elementor, have a strong understanding of HTML and CSS, and be able to inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain the websites you build.
Digital marketing is a secondary component of the role, including email campaigns, Klaviyo, SMS, analytics, SEO, and ongoing digital updates.
This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and ownership and who takes pride in producing work that is both creative and technically sound.
Key ResponsibilitiesWeb Design & Development — Primary Responsibility
Design, build, maintain, and update responsive websites and landing pages.




Develop and manage websites using WordPress and Elementor.
Translate concepts, creative direction, and requirements into polished, functional web experiences.
Create visually appealing websites while maintaining usability, consistency, and brand standards.
Build responsive layouts that perform effectively across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Use HTML and CSS to customize and improve website layouts and functionality.
Inspect websites and identify issues affecting appearance, responsiveness, usability, or functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues independently whenever possible.
Make ongoing website updates, content changes, and design improvements.
Manage website components including plugins, templates, forms, and other technical elements.
Create and optimize landing pages with a focus on user experience and conversion.
Apply basic SEO and website performance best practices.
