The Customer Service Supervisor includes the following: supervises, coordinates, and controls airport cargo service functions; monitors the quality and quantity of work performance; ensures compliance with Company rules and regulation and Company safety standards; trains subordinates. Areas of responsibility include all Cargo Service functions, Operations, and Weight and Balance. Proactively monitors the work of assigned employees to ensure that customer satisfaction, safety, security, quality and employee relations meet or exceed standards.
